When it comes to our children...the people we love...we often can’t help ourselves but think endlessly of all of the terrible things that might happen. The What Ifs. As our children become adults, we have less ability to protect them from the dangers out there waiting for them. So we imagine these dangers and bring the PAIN of that projected danger into our present moment. In this episode, we talk about why our minds think this worry is so important, and how we can begin to see the "What If" mind for what it is....and let go of some of the pain of it right now.
